MAztp stands for the development of methods for researching and conveying

The 090909 Upstage Festival aims to create a participatory space for collaboration, creation, and for the presentation of current cyberformance. IFA InteatroFestival Academy is the name of the professional artistic project promoted and founded in 2006 by Inteatro. The sixth edition of Festival NagiB will take place from September 15 to 18 2010 in Maribor, Slovenia. Among the prizes awarded for radio and acoustic art, the Phonurgia Nova competition has, since 1986, occupied a special place by virtue of its recognition of artists whose work exploits sound as a medium for expressing the real and the imaginary. The contest is open to all radio station formats and to all authors, independent radio producers, musicians, composers, sound artists and production teams.

POOL is a recurring format for dance- and animation film. Aiming for becoming a platform for dancer, choreographers, directors, artists, organizers and other interested people, POOL offers space for exchange of experiences, developing and advanced training, and presentation.
Choresound 09 is a forum and artistic lab that focuses on the process of composing contemporary dance and music. It is a week designed to explore and develop the collaboration between choreographers and composers /music and dance, and to expand the knowledge and experience on related issues.
Crime, sexuality and gender are issues that we would like to explore within the frames of our festival. We are interested in wider definitions of crime (in relation to sexuality and gender) which would go beyond the regular time / geography frame as well as beyond concentration solely on the victims – whose destinies leave them displaced, murdered, raped, tortured, killed.
The upcoming winter shedule includes master workshops and guest performances with Frédéric Gies and André Lepecki, artist-in residence program with Isabelle Schad and also artist-in-residence program with Ivana Mueller planned for spring-summer 2009.
The MAIPR is a 16-month course offered by three European universities: Warwick in the UK; Amsterdam in the Netherlands; and Tampere in Finland.
The course starts in September 2010 and finishes with submission of the final dissertation on 2nd January 2012.

We invite you to enroll into the Seminar of Contemporary Performing Arts. The Summer School will take place on 16-22 August, 2009, in Ohrid (Macedonia). The festival is a platform for young choreographers who already reached an own profile on their way to the international dance scene. The festival takes place during one week and offers exchange for young international artists. Nonetheless the WUM is considered more a meeting to update each other. Unlike the SummerUniversity (SU) which is considered to exchange knowledge and experience actively.
The second Summer Workshop takes place between 14 – 25 July on the campus of Palucca-Schule. The course program includes Contemporary Technique, Ballet Class, yoga, Forsythe Repertoire, Trisha Brown Repertoire and visual arts with dancers. Teachers are Stefan Dreher, Holger John, Mariah Maloney, Ana Catalina Román and Risa Steinberg.

vocabulaboratories is an ongoing project initiated by Paz Rojo, Anja Kanngieser and Manuela Zechner. It consists of a series of laboratory spaces for working on self-made conceptual vocabularies, collectively as well as individually. The project runs throughout 2008/09. The goal of the workshop is the transmission of an excerpt of the piece dance (praticable). The workshop will consist in working on the different tools that permit to read and interpret the score on which the piece is based. Mainly, we will work on a body practice that approach anatomy and physiology through movement.
